WHYTE RUSHEN MADE HIS CINEMA DEBUT AT EVERYMAN MAIDA VALE...

THE LONDON-BORN CHEF, RENOWNED FOR HIS PIONEERING ROLE IN THE FOOD POP-UP SCENE, HAD BLAZED A TRAIL THROUGH INSTAGRAM, LEADING THE CHARGE IN AN UNDERGROUND POP-UP MOVEMENT. WHYTE'S AVANT-GARDE CULINARY STYLE, UNIQUELY HIS OWN, HAD ALWAYS FOCUSED ON CAPTURING MOMENTS IN TIME, AS WELL AS PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES OF INGREDIENTS AND TECHNIQUES. NOW, HE VENTURED INTO THE REALM OF CINEMA, FURTHER BLURRING THE LINES BETWEEN THE INDUSTRIES OF FOOD, MUSIC, FASHION, AND FILM.

WHYTE RUSHEN & LAME PARTNERED WITH THE ICONIC EVERYMAN CINEMA, WHERE WHYTE PROUDLY PRESENTED HIS INTERPRETATION OF SOUTH AMERICAN CUISINE, AS SEEN THROUGH THE LENS OF JON FAVREAU'S ICONIC MOTION PICTURE, "CHEF."

ELEVATING THE CINEMA EXPERIENCE, WHYTE CURATED A 4-COURSE MENU FOR A ONE-NIGHT TAKEOVER AT EVERYMAN MAIDA VALE, WHERE VIEWERS HAD A PRIVATE SCREENING OF THE FILM WHILST THEY ENJOYED THE EXCLUSIVE MEAL. THE MENU FEATURED A FRAGRANT CURRIED KING PRAWN SOUP, THE LEGENDARY "EL JEFE CUBANA," AND A DESSERT INSPIRED BY THE MEMORABLE SCARLETT JOHANSSON SCENE.

FILLED WITH CREATIVITY AND FLAIR, THIS WAS CINEMA REIMAGINED.
